This is a quick, palatable, 6 minute spiral meditation for those on-the-go, those who “don’t have time,” and even for those of you who “can’t meditate.”
Six minutes is easy, achievable, and impactful.
Meditation of ANY sort is meaningful.
Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
If the day is chaotic, take 6 mins and offer your energy a respite.
If you feel anxious, take 6 mins and slow the burn.
If nothing’s working, take 6 mins and clear the deck.
If everything is working, take 6 mins and lock that vibration in.
If nothing else, the 6 mins will connect you to your breath.
When you do so with intention, you can never go wrong.
